These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Surge Drama (the “Application”). Installing, opening, or continuing to use the Application means you accept these Terms. If you disagree, stop using and uninstall the app.
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old. If you lack legal capacity where you live, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms for you.
Surge Drama is a mobile short-drama streaming app for browsing, watching, and following episodic stories. It may include in-app advertising, promotions, recommendation features, and optional reward mechanics.
Catalog titles, unlock rules, recommendation logic, campaigns, and reward terms may change, pause, or end at any time without prior notice or compensation.

While using Surge Drama you may not:

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream for personal, non-commercial entertainment. No ownership in any title transfers to you.
Coins, tickets, unlock tokens, and similar virtual goods have no cash value outside features expressly offered in the Application and are licensed, not sold. In-app purchases are processed by the applicable app store under that store’s refund rules. Virtual items may be rebalanced or removed during ordinary service tuning.
The Application may integrate advertising, analytics, attribution, and payment partners, each under its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices outside our reasonable control.
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, including processing via https://qzoi.surgedrama.com. By using Surge Drama you acknowledge you have reviewed that document.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, engaged in fraud or abuse, undermined fair use of the streaming service, or created risk for users or the platform. You may stop anytime by uninstalling. IP, disclaimer, liability, and indemnity clauses survive termination.
The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free streaming to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Rewards and withdrawals are not wages or guaranteed income. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
Catalog titles may be added or removed without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) USD $50, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surge Drama, its operators, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Application, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, labor disputes, government action, network failures, cyberattacks, or content-delivery disruptions.
These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections where you live. Before formal proceedings, contact yassine.jzr13@gmail.com to attempt a good-faith resolution. Non-waivable consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.
These Terms may be updated as the service or law changes. Material revisions may be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
